A solo therapeutic foot-reflexology practice re-opening in Lausanne — profoundly human, attentive,

unhurried. The site's job: make a hesitant first-time visitor feel safe enough to call.

Atmosphere: calme, chaleureux, attentif, artisanal, sans hâte
Audience: first-time and returning clients in Lausanne, often stressed or in discomfort;

mobile-first, French-speaking (EN secondary); many will phone rather than book online.

Inspirations: the existing preview site (screenshots in brand/inspiration/) — warm cream light,

editorial serif headings, terracotta warmth, one calm column.

Differentiators: Silvia's personal voice (first person, "je"), the Lausanne-return story

(years of practice, Zürich chapter, re-opening), therapeutic framing without medical claims.

Anti-references: slick wellness-brand aesthetics (Calm.com), clinical spa sites, SaaS-startup

look, stock "feet on rocks" photography.

Tone: first-person, warm, precise; French is the primary voice, English mirrors it.
Do say: "vous accueille", "à l'écoute", "retrouver équilibre, calme et présence à soi",

concrete practical facts (durée, tarif, adresse).

Don't say: "miracle", "guérit", "traite" (medical claims), hype superlatives, "leverage".
Reading level: plain, sensory, short paragraphs — as on the current site.

Headings: Cormorant Garamond 500 — the site's signature; keep the generous display size (~4rem hero).
Body: Karla 400, 17px, line 1.6 — warmer and more personal than the previous Inter, without losing legibility. (Proposed in the v2 identity — see decision note below.)
Two families max. Webfont source: Google Fonts (Cormorant Garamond + Karla), self-hosted in the site build (no Google Fonts CDN — see legal-pages.md).

Base 4px; section rhythm generous (72–104px vertical); one calm centered column, max 1100px.
Single-page flow with a quiet sticky nav; alternating bg/bg-warm sections instead of boxes.

Buttons: pill (999px) — signature shape; primary = deep green fill, secondary = hairline outline.
Cards/panels: lg radius (22px), hairline line borders, shadow sm or none — soft, not floaty.

Primary button: primary bg, primary-ink text, pill, 12px 22px padding; hover darkens 8%.
Hero: left-aligned text, display serif, sub-line, CTA + tap-to-call phone visible immediately,

practical strip (60 min · address · hours) right below.

Body ≥17px; visible focus (2px accent outline); AA contrast everywhere; tap targets ≥44px;

FR/EN toggle keyboard-reachable.

No fixed brand identity existed yet, so this styleguide *proposes* one, built from what the

current site already does well:

What carries the identity: warm cream light, the terracotta family, the deep-green

pill CTA, and Cormorant Garamond at generous editorial sizes.

Sharpened vs. v1: terracotta promoted to the lead accent (section kickers, dividers,

links); sage demoted to botanical details only; body font Inter → Karla (warmer, more

personal, and no longer the AI-default pairing).

Unchanged: Silvia's palette, the calm single-column rhythm, the pill buttons, the voice.
Revisit trigger: when Silvia's real photos arrive, re-check the palette against them

(the imagery should confirm the terracotta/cream warmth; adjust tokens if the photos say otherwise).
